Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the return request to ensure your package is tracked and insured.

• 3.
  Pack the Items

  Place the unworn footwear or apparel in its original manufacturer's box and secure it inside a separate shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
